Returns & Exchanges

At the Bon Jovi Store, we want you to love your rock 'n' roll gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
